1、参与全球社交产品的推荐算法建设，包括用户匹配、好友推荐、房间推荐、内容推荐等核心场景； 2、基于用户画像、行为序列、社交关系及实时互动数据，持续优化召回、排序和重排策略，提升匹配效率和推荐体验； 3、面向社交业务特点，优化聊天、互动、留存、付费等核心指标，探索多目标优化和长期价值建模； 4、参与新用户、新供给及低活跃场景的冷启动优化，提升推荐覆盖和匹配效率； 5、熟悉离线评估、A/B 实验及效果分析体系，持续算法策略迭代落地； 6、结合大模型、用户理解、Embedding、序列建模等技术，探索下一代社交推荐与智能匹配能力。

1、计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、3–7 年推荐算法相关工作经验，有社交、直播、短视频、社区、游戏或内容推荐经验优先； 3、熟悉推荐系统核心链路，包括召回、粗排、精排、重排及多目标优化； 4、熟悉用户画像、CTR/CVR 预估、Embedding、序列建模等常见推荐算法，有实际线上落地经验； 5、熟练使用 Python，熟悉 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等至少一种深度学习框架； 6、具备良好的数据分析和实验能力，能够通过业务数据定位问题并推动算法迭代； 7、具备较强的业务理解能力，能够围绕用户体验、互动效率、留存及商业价值综合设计推荐策略。 加分项 1、有陌生人社交、Dating、语音房、直播、游戏社交等推荐经验； 2、有双边匹配、供需平衡、生态治理或长期价值优化经验； 3、有 LLM、用户兴趣理解、对话内容理解、Graph / GNN 等相关实践经验； 4、有海外或多国家、多语言推荐系统经验。
