1、负责语音房产品拉美市场公会/活动/营收/用户等单一模块或多模块的运营工作，维护已有的公会/用户，基于数据和行业情况制定政策，对运营侧基本指标负责，如营收/活跃主播数量等； 2、制定数据目标并拆解，确保业务目标达成； 3、高效管理已有资源，并能持续拓新，持续保证新公会引入； 4、时刻关注竞品情况，搜集竟品信息并持续输出； 5、与local进行对接，配合管理BD团队。

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，能够熟练使用英语、西语或葡语作为工作语言； 2、有2年及以上泛娱乐产品运营经验，了解当地市场，具备海外主播/公会/用户的管理工作经验者优先考虑； 3、具备良好的人际沟通能力，数据分析能力，优秀的执行力与团队合作意识； 4、执行力强，擅长沟通，积极乐观，具备较强的抗压能力。
