团队与业务背景 我们做的是文本理解相关的算法建设，能力底座是文本分类、信息抽取和语义理解，向上支撑多个业务场景——内容理解与标签体系、搜索与推荐的文本侧特征、内容安全与审核等。 岗位职责 1、文本分类与标签体系：承担多标签、多层级的文本分类任务，从标签体系设计、样本构建到模型选型和调优，把分类能力做到业务可用的精度和覆盖。 2、内容理解：围绕文本做语义层面的建模，包括关键信息与实体抽取、意图识别、语义相似与聚类去重、长文本摘要与上下文理解，输出可被下游直接消费的结构化理解结果。 3、大模型应用：判断哪些任务适合用 LLM 解、哪些用小模型更划算；做 Prompt 设计与小样本方案、领域微调，以及通过蒸馏把大模型能力迁移到线上可承载的轻量模型上。 4、数据与评测：定义标注规范和评测集，主动做错误分析，把 badcase 的归因落回到样本、特征或策略的改动上，让模型有稳定的迭代节奏。 5、工程落地：和工程团队配合完成模型服务化与上线，关注真实场景下的时延、吞吐和成本，并对上线后的线上指标负责。

1、计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关专业，研究生及以上学历。 2、3年以上 NLP 算法研发经验，机器学习与深度学习基础扎实，对 Transformer 及预训练语言模型的原理有清晰理解。 3、至少在文本分类、信息抽取、语义匹配、文本生成中的一到两个方向有完整的项目经验，做过从数据到上线的全流程。 4、Python 与 PyTorch 熟练，做过 BERT/RoBERTa 或开源 LLM（如 Qwen）的微调与迁移应用。 5、会用 SQL 处理和分析规模数据，沟通协作顺畅，有责任心。 加分项 1、有 LoRA / P-Tuning 微调、知识蒸馏、RAG、Agent 的工程实践。 2、有小样本、弱监督、主动学习或半监督数据扩产的经验。 3、做过内容理解、内容安全/审核、搜索推荐文本侧或对话问答等业务场景，有多语种文本处理经验。 4、在 ACL、EMNLP、NAACL、KDD、WWW 等会议发表过论文，或有相关竞赛名次。
