1. Perform regular banking activities such as matching banking details, reconciling accounts, and processing transactions accurately. 2. Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of operational tasks and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring efficient distribution and timely responses. 5. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies. 6. Support the team in various administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling appointments. 7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any operational inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Strong concentration skills to perform repetitive tasks and handle large volumes of data effectively. 3.
