1、负责业务线运维工作的架构规划和实施，需求处理及应急响应，保障业务的正常发展运行； 2、持续优化运维解决方案，包括但不限于风险感知、监控、故障演练、容灾、安全； 2、推动及开发高效的自动化运维平台（如故障分析、平台管理、流量管理、监控报警等），提升工作效率； 3、参与容器化建设，CI/CD 流程优化，容器应用自动化部署、资源调度、容量管理、服务治理； 5、协同研发部门推动提升服务的可靠性、可扩展性以及性能优化，保障系统SLA；

1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上互联网平台运维/运维开发/SRE相关工作经验； 2、扎实的计算机软件基础知识，熟悉Linux/Unix环境、存储、网络 IO 等相关原理； 5、具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握Go/Python等至少一种主流编程语言，有中大型项目经历优先； 3、熟悉云厂商运维管理、运维体系和SRE体系建设，对常见的系统隐患、系统故障有系统性总结和实际处理经验； 6、具备一定的架构思维，能够参与系统设计和优化，提出合理的架构方案； 7、具备强烈的责任心和主动性，有良好的沟通能力和协作能力；
