1、有社交产品、游戏社交或互动娱乐产品经理经验，熟悉社交增长逻辑与多人互动玩法设计。 2、了解大模型、AIGC、AI 智能体等相关技术应用，有 AI + 社交 / AI + 游戏产品落地经验优先。 3、具备用户洞察与数据驱动能力，擅长通过玩法创新实现用户增长，有成功增长案例优先。 4、良好的跨部门协作能力，能高效推进产品方案落地。
