1、具备 2 年及以上大户运营、用户运营、活动运营或产品运营经验，中级或中高级运营优先； 2、具备全盘思维，能够从业务目标出发拆解问题、提炼需求，并形成可落地的运营方案； 3、英文沟通能力良好，能够与海外用户、合作方或跨文化团队顺畅沟通； 4、有海外用户或外国团队沟通协作经验，认同平等、尊重、同理心的沟通原则； 5、具备较强的沟通协调、跨部门推动和快速学习能力； 6、能接受出差及外派沙特安排。 加分项 1、有中东、沙特或阿语地区用户运营经验； 2、熟悉语音聊天、社交娱乐、直播、休闲游戏等产品； 3、有海外大户运营、社群运营、BD 或高价值用户维护经验。
