1、3年以上c端产品工作经验，本科以上学历，有语音房/直播/营收/游戏相关经验优先，具备海外项目经验优先。 2、有一定的玩法创意和游戏设计能力，灵活性强，善于洞察行业内竞品营收策略和商业模式，并能基于产品现状转化为有效手段落地，要求核心自驱力。 3、有较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维，目标感明确，思路拆解清晰。 4、社交产品用户，同理心强，对用户/交互体验感知强，足够敏感。
