1、本科及以上学历，能进行英文沟通加分； 2、有3 年及以上中后台产品或相关领域工作经验，有社交、直播、游戏等领域经验者优先； 3、能够设计完整的产品方案，包括需求分析、产品原型、用户体验等，具备清晰的逻辑思维和问题分析解决能力； 4、拥有出色的跨部门协调与表达能力，能精准传递信息、整合资源，促进团队共识，推动项目闭环。
