  • Drive strategic account planning in close partnership with global account teams, technical specialists, partners, and customer success teams.
  • Reposition Microsoft as a core strategic partner in competitive environments where AWS, Google, or other providers have established influence.
  • Create and progress qualified pipeline by uncovering high-value transformation initiatives tied to AI, data estates, cloud modernization, research acceleration, diagnostics, and commercial innovation.
  • Lead onsite executive engagement and relationship-building activities to strengthen trust, sponsorship, and long-term partnership.
  • Bring disciplined account governance, forecast accuracy, and deal orchestration across complex stakeholder groups.

  • 6+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
  • 8+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.

Other Requirements

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.

  • Enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to build C-level and senior executive relationships.
  • Understanding of cloud, AI, data, security, and digital transformation business value.
  • Demonstrated success developing new pipeline, displacing competitors, and driving strategic growth in large enterprise accounts.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
