Overview

Copilot is a generalist. When people want a specialist, millions use Copilot Agents Builder to create agents and skills that get work done consistently every time. The Copilot Agent Tools & Lifecycle team is building a coherent authoring and lifecycle experience that lets information workers, makers, developers, partners, and administrators run their business processes by building trusted production-grade AI Agents & Skills. You will work across Microsoft 365 Copilot and partner organizations to create a unified product strategy for authoring, running, evaluating, observing, and governing Agents & Skills for personal and organizational use.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead with empathy for our customers, partners, and teammates to define the multi-year strategy and cross-organizational execution for Agent & Skill authoring by information workers and makers. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
