Overview

Help us build the Excel you wish you had as a finance professional. AI is changing how finance work gets done, and our team has a clear goal: make Excel and Copilot more useful and reliable for finance, so people can spend less time on routine work and more time on decisions that need their judgment.

  • Own finance-specific quality criteria and drive alignment with customers and product teams. Check that automated tests agree with expert review and catch material errors. Define the evidence and human checks needed, and sign off on finance readiness for customer validation.
  • Use customer feedback and test results to define clear product requirements and improve product quality. Measure and drive progress against agreed baselines, including accuracy, review effort and time saved.

Tell credible customer stories

  • Own the finance scenarios and financial accuracy of demos and customer stories. Partner with Product and Marketing to clearly explain what customers can accomplish, supported by measured results and customer validation.

Build finance expertise across the team

  • Build and curate a practical Finance learning path using real-world workflows and hands-on examples to help product managers, engineers, and designers apply financial judgment to the products they build.
  • Help build a network of practicing finance experts to validate priority workflows, review evaluation criteria and provide feedback on prototypes, drawing on deeper specialization when needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
