JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Payable Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Ensure that invoices are properly approved and supported by necessary documentation

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure timely payment of invoices

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to

invoices or payments

• Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations

• Maintain accurate and complete records of all accounts payable transactions

• Assist with other accounting projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 1-2 years or more experience in an intercompany

• Accounts Payable, Data Entry, Invoicing (High Volume of Invoices), Email Management

experience

• Proficient in using MS Teams, MS Office, MS Outlook

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Competency/Personality Traits (Soft Skills):

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proactive attitude and approach towards your work

• Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills

• Someone who is not afraid to ask questions

• Willingness to learn
