  • Support the setup, trafficking, launch, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns across ad servers, buying platforms, social platforms, search platforms, and other campaign-management systems.
  • Enter and maintain campaign information, including dates, budgets, targeting instructions, creative assets, tracking URLs, naming conventions, and delivery requirements.
  • Upload and assign creative assets and assist with the implementation and validation of tags, pixels, click trackers, and other measurement components.
  • Review campaign setup against approved instructions, media plans, and internal documentation, and complete pre-launch and post-launch quality assurance checks.
  • Campaign Monitoring, Reporting, and Optimization Support
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend, creative status, and other relevant performance indicators.
  • Identify delivery issues, discrepancies, missing assets, incorrect settings, or unexpected campaign behavior and escalate them appropriately.
  • Prepare recurring reports, pacing summaries, screenshots, status updates, and other operational materials using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
  • Support routine campaign revisions and optimizations under guidance and verify that requested changes have been implemented correctly.
  • Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Compliance
  • Follow standard operating procedures, campaign instructions, quality assurance checklists, service-level expectations, naming standards, and established escalation paths.
  • Perform self-QA checks and participate in peer-review or secondary quality assurance processes when required.

  • Protect confidential client and company information by following applicable information-security, access-control, and data-handling requirements.
  • Collaboration and Professional Development
  • Communicate progress, questions, risks, and completed work clearly and professionally with team leads and other internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients or external partners when required by the assigned team or account.
  • Complete Alloyed's general Ad Operations training and all assignment-specific platform, process, and client training.
  • Apply feedback, expand technical knowledge, and adapt to changing priorities, client requirements, platform functionality, and team procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Up to one year of relevant professional, internship, or practical experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in digital advertising, advertising technology, media operations, or campaign management.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, structured data, and spreadsheet-based reporting, with the capacity to learn more advanced functionality quickly.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
