JOB DESCRIPTION

Bid Writer

(and document production coordinator)

Job Responsibilities

● Describe the job role and the day-to-day tasks involved.

● Primary responsibility is to work with our team and client representatives to

generate responses to tender questions

● May also involve meeting with clients to interview and obtain the required

information to build the responses to questions.

● Between projects, will be involved in developing internal content required

for marketing, training, etc

Qualifications

● Qualifications in business, marketing or communications such as university

degree or diploma

● Experience in bid writing and coordination or similar technical writing background

● Experience in a technical sector such as engineering would be beneficial

● Required - qualifications in business, marketing or communications such as

university degree or diploma.

● Beneficial – qualification and/or experience in a technical sector such as

engineering

● Excellent organisational and time management skills

● Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills

● English (Australian) writing skills are desirable

● Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities: Word and PowerPoint are desirable but

will be trained regardless
