JOB TITLE: Customer Service Officer

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: National Sales Manager

SUMMARY OF ROLE: Reporting to the National Sales Manager this role coordinates the

incoming supermarket and market orders. Liaising with the logistics

team to ensure all outgoing paperwork is correct.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Entry of incoming sales orders from supermarkets and agents.

 Completion of EPO’s

 Compile daily harvest summaries for Sales Team

 Assist in completion of dispatch documentation and delivery paperwork.

 Support daily stock take activities.

 Assist with inbound freight planning and coordination from interstate

farms.

 Actively participate in both daily Sales and Supply Chain meetings

 Data entry of daily market pricing

 Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of

customer issues.

 Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team

members

 Report all incidents, hazards, near misses and unsafe work practices.

 Ensure all policies, procedures, safe work practices and safe work

procedures are followed.

 Promote safe attitudes and work practices.

 Participate in toolbox talks, contribute to the team’s safety and

 Co-operate with the management team to ensure the Companies

compliance with the duty of care of its employees.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

 Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a can-do

attitude

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

 Computer literate with both capability and wiliness to learn and understand new bespoke IT

systems.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

 Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational target.
