Position: Inbound Sales Representative Location: Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night Shift

Your role As a Inbound Sales Representative, you will:

  • Apply consultative sales techniques to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales conversations to qualify prospects, present service options, and close deals.
  • Cross-sell and upsell add-on services and products based on customer requirements.
  • Utilize product and service knowledge to address prospect questions and highlight optimal solutions.
  • Track sales pipelines, call outcomes, and customer data accurately within CRM and database tools.
  • Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining detailed customer interaction records.

What You Need: Non-negotiables:

  • Quota-Driven Performance: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas and metrics.
  • Sales & Phone Presence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear phone articulation.
  • Software Proficiency: PC proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software.
  • Multitasking & Organization: Ability to navigate systems quickly and manage prospect pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven consultative sales success, preferably in a call center or tele-sales environment.
  • Knowledge or prior background in the moving, storage, or logistics industries.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM pipeline platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
