Your Role:

The People & Partnership (P&P) Specialist supports the Operations team by partnering with leaders and employees to deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, communication, and overall team performance. This role serves as a key liaison between operational teams and support functions, helping drive a positive employee experience while ensuring the effective execution of people-related programs and operational initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operations leaders to support team engagement and people initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with employees and serve as a point of contact for people-related concerns.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs
  • Coordinate operational communications and team initiatives.
  • Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to facilitate the resolution of employee or operational concerns.
  • Assist with onboarding, transitions, and other employee lifecycle activities as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track operational or people-related metrics.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Participate in projects and activities that promote a positive workplace culture
  • Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations support, employee engagement, people programs, account management, or a related role in operations
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a BPO, shared services, or outsourcing environment.
  • Experience supporting client-facing or operational teams.
  • Exposure to employee engagement, project coordination, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
