The posting

The key responsibility of this role is to provide effective and efficient financial accounting and administrative support on a wide range of activities across the PSC Group delivering capacity benefits to Central Services and branches. This includes but is not limited to:

o Supporting the production of monthly financial reporting packages within required deadlines

o Book keeping and general accounting using accounting software

o Prepares accurate account reconciliations, with supporting documentations

o Processing accounts payable, intercompany charges, and staff expenses

o Maintain accurate records of customers and invoices in accounting software

o Providing Support for Bank Reconciliations and other related tasks (e.g. Data Load)

o Processing payroll including wage recoveries, payroll taxes and other related items

o Monitoring and updating prepayment schedules and fixed asset register, and any related adjustments (e.g. amortization and depreciation)

o Providing support for any General Ledger month-end close related tasks (e.g. revenue recording, accruals and provisions, and other adjustments)

o Development and refresh of management reports and analytics

o Support on development of statutory accounts and financial accounting reconciliations

o Attending to any ad hoc requests
