  • Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA designation preferred; candidates with equivalent qualifications would be considered.
  • Approximately 6 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or corporate accounting in a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, debt accounting, intercompany accounting, consolidations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze large or complex data sets.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical reporting and audit deadlines.

Preferred

  • Big Four or national public accounting firm experience.
  • Experience in a multinational organization and exposure to foreign currency accounting.
  • Experience with OneStream, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP and consolidation systems.
  • Experience supporting external financial reporting, technical accounting matters, and external audits.

  • Ownership, accountability, and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • High attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented approach with strong cross-functional communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
