Your Role:

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support across supply chain, inventory, customer service, and demand planning functions. You will help maintain accurate product and pricing information, support sales order processing, monitor delivery performance, and assist with the implementation of AI tools to improve business processes.

Specifically, you will:

  • Review proof of delivery (POD) documents and report any discrepancies or delivery variances.
  • Maintain and update product pricing files within Cin7 or the designated inventory management system.
  • Assist the Customer Service team with processing sales orders and maintaining accurate order information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Demand Planner to help maintain efficient planning and coordination activities.
  • Prepare and maintain DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) reports to monitor delivery performance and identify variances.
  • Assist with AI implementation initiatives, including learning and supporting the use of new tools and technologies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely processing, and efficient completion of administrative tasks.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Experience using ERP or inventory management systems, preferably Cin7 or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory records, pricing information, sales orders, and reports.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet skills, particularly for data handling and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and AI-powered tools.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Previous experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics administration, or a related field.
  • Background in sales order processing or customer service using an order management system.
  • Familiarity with Cin7 or other ERP and inventory management platforms.
  • Exposure to delivery performance monitoring, proof of delivery verification, and DIFOT reporting.
  • Experience supporting demand planning or other supply chain functions.
  • Adaptability and interest in using AI tools to improve administrative workflows.
