Group IT Auditor, Midas ve grup şirketlerinin bilgi sistemleri denetimlerinin yürütülmesinden sorumlu olacaktır. Bu pozisyon; menkul kıymetler ve kripto varlık faaliyetlerini kapsayan bilgi sistemlerinin, teknoloji altyapısının ve bilgi güvenliği kontrollerinin etkinliğini, yeterliliğini ve ilgili mevzuata uyumunu bağımsız olarak değerlendirecektir.

Ana Sorumluluklar

  • Grup şirketlerinin bilgi sistemleri süreçlerinde risk odaklı denetimleri uçtan uca yürütmek, bulguları raporlamak ve aksiyonları takip etmek.
  • Altyapı ve Sistem Güvenliği, Erişim ve Yetki Yönetimi, Yedekleme, Yazılım ve İş Sürekliliği dahil olmak üzere bilgi sistemleri süreçlerinin denetimini sağlamak,
  • Kripto varlık cüzdanları ve saklama süreçlerine ilişkin anahtar yönetimi, erişim ve işlem güvenliği kontrollerini incelemek,
  • Bilgi sistemleri süreçlerinin SPK düzenlemeleri ve ilgili mevzuata uyumunu denetlemek

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Bilgi Sistemleri Bağımsız Denetim Lisansı sahibi
  • Banka, aracı kurum, portföy yönetim şirketi, kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcısı veya bağımsız denetim şirketlerinde bilgi sistemleri denetimi alanında en az 3 yıl, tercihen 3–5 yıl deneyime sahip
  • SPK’nın bilgi sistemleri yönetimine ilişkin düzenlemelerine hâkim
  • Altyapı ve veri tabanı güvenliği, log inceleme, erişim kontrolleri, değişiklik yönetimi ve yedekleme süreçlerinde uygulamalı denetim deneyimine sahip
  • Denetim kapsamının belirlenmesi, kontrol testlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi, kanıtların değerlendirilmesi ve bulguların raporlanması süreçlerini bağımsız olarak yürütebilen
  • Kripto varlık cüzdanları ve saklama sistemlerine ilişkin kontrol ve denetim bilgisine sahip
  • CISA, CRISC, CISM veya CISSP sertifikalarından birine sahip; COBIT, ISO 27001 ve NIST çerçevelerine aşina
  • Analitik düşünme ve sorgulama becerileri gelişmiş, detaylara önem veren ve teknik bulguları açık biçimde aktarabilen
