Role Overview: Property Consultant (Dubai)

As a Property Consultant, you’ll generate and convert opportunities across rentals and sales by building your own pipeline—primarily through cold outreach and listing acquisition. This is a pure sales role: Admin and conveyancing are not within scope.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquire listings through cold calling, outreach, and structured guidance from management
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and property owners
  • Design and execute personal lead-generation campaigns to create consistent deal flow
  • Conduct viewings and manage negotiations from first contact to closing
  • Close rental and sales transactions while maintaining a healthy listing inventory

Projected Role Breakdown

  • 40% Cold calling
  • 30% Listing acquisition
  • 10% Networking
  • 10% Lead generation

KPIs & Performance Expectations

  • Calls/day: 50–100
  • Conversations/day: 5–10
  • Listings/month: 5–10
  • Viewings/week: 5+
  • Closings/month: 1–2
  • Failure trigger: Below 10k/month for 2 consecutive quarters = exit

What Success Looks Like

  • 1 transaction/month within your first 90 days
  • 20+ active listings by month 4
  • 35k+ monthly commissions by month 7

Compensation

  • Commission-only structure with a 50–70% commission split
  • Designed to support consistent monthly commissions through strong listing inventory and activity-based KPIs

What You Bring

  • 0–5 years of experience in sales and/or real estate (Dubai experience is a plus, not required)

  • Confidence on the phone and comfort handling objections
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-discipline to hit daily activity targets and monthly outcomes
