  • Iscrizione alle Categorie Protette (L. 68/99)
  • Diploma e/o Laurea in ambito turistico, lingue o studi affini
  • Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni in ruoli di receptionist/front office presso hotel e/o aziende multinazionali
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata – Livello minimo B2
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Microsoft 365 (Excel, Powerpoint e Word oltre ad Outlook e Teams)
  • Flessibilità, proattività e problem solving
  • Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative
  • Residenza entro una distanza ragionevole dall'azienda a Noventa di Piave (VE) o disponibilità al trasferimento in zona

Come Front Desk - Hospitality specialist ti occuperai di garantire l’efficacia dei servizi di accoglienza e hospitality, fornendo al contempo supporto nel corretto svolgimento delle attività di reception. In particolare, in collaborazione con l’Hospitality Coordinator, sarai coinvolto/a in attività di:

  • Gestione e coordinamento delle attività di reception e hospitality, assicurando un'accoglienza professionale degli ospiti, il coordinamento con i referenti interni, l'accompagnamento nelle aree dedicate, l'erogazione dei servizi di cortesia (caffè, acqua, guardaroba, ecc.) e il mantenimento di ambienti ordinati, funzionali e adeguatamente predisposti durante tutte le fasi della visita e dei meeting aziendali.
  • Assicurare la pianificazione e il coordinamento delle sale meeting aziendali, garantendo la corretta prenotazione, la preparazione e il ripristino degli ambienti, monitorandone costantemente funzionalità e standard qualitativi e segnalando eventuali anomalie per garantire un'esperienza ottimale agli utilizzatori.
  • Organizzazione delle scorte e degli ordini di materiali consumabili (cancelleria, materiale d’ufficio, ecc.)
  • Gestione della comunicazione aziendale interna ed esterna front desk sia telefonica (gestione centralino) che email (per indirizzo generico)
  • Supporto nella prenotazione corrieri per spedizioni e ritiri
