Prase Media Technologies è una media impresa italiana facente parte del Gruppo Midwich ed opera come distributore a valore aggiunto di sistemi audio, video, luci e controllo a livello professionale.

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in ambito ICT, come Ingegneria Elettronica, Informatica o delle Telecomunicazioni;
  • Precedente esperienza lavorativa e competenze/interesse in ambito audio, video, lighting e controllo;
  • Comprovata esperienza nell’individuazione delle esigenze e soluzioni operative in ambito System;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata – Livello B2-C1;
  • Conoscenza delle basi di networking e dei vari protocolli del mondo audiovisivo (Dante, AES67, AVB/TSN, ecc.), nonché dei principali Brand/Player/Controller del mercato di riferimento;
  • Conoscenza dei principali sistemi operativi (Mac Os, Windows, ecc.) e dei principali tool di Microsoft 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook e Teams);
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team anche in situazioni di stress, flessibilità e determinazione;
  • Eccellente propensione alla relazione con il cliente e al teamworking;
  • Ottime doti organizzative e problem solving, precisione e attenzione dei dettagli;
  • Residenza entro una distanza ragionevole dalla sede di Cinisello Balsamo (MI) o disponibilità al trasferimento in zona;
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte, anche presso la sede di Noventa di Piave (VE).

In qualità di Pre Sales Engineer, opererai presso la sede di Cinisello Balsamo (MI), riportando al Pre Sales Manager e collaborando da remoto con gli altri membri del team siti a Noventa di Piave (VE). Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

  • promozione tecnica nel mercato italiano dei prodotti di competenza in ambito multimediale (Audio, Video, Lighting e Controllo);
  • supporterai, a livello tecnico, sia la clientela che la forza vendita in generale, per diffondere la conoscenza relativa a prestazioni e tecnologie del prodotto, sia per quanto concerne l’hardware che il software;
  • elaborerai preventivi che richiedano conoscenze tecniche specifiche per la definizione di un sistema integrato audio, video, lighting e controllo, nonché supporterai la progettazione di sistemi AVLC per clienti, consulenti e progettisti, in azienda o presso le loro sedi;
  • ti occuperai di tradurre la documentazione tecnico/commerciale, sia in italiano che in inglese, incluse le descrizioni nei listini prezzi, sia di tipo sintetico che esteso;
  • elaborerai schemi e simulazioni ad integrazione delle relazioni tecniche dei progetti;
  • effettuerai l’analisi preventiva, con conseguente redazione di report, di nuovi prodotti hardware e software da inserire a catalogo in base alla loro idoneità al mercato italiano;
  • svolgerai attività formative in merito a linee di prodotto ed al software di cui sarà specialista verso lo staff interno, la forza vendite e la base clienti;
  • sarai di supporto al prodotto e alle sue applicazioni presso le sedi aziendali e quelle dei clienti sia in Italia che all’estero;
  • ti relazionerai con i fornitori italiani ed esteri per la risoluzione di problematiche e/o a supporto dello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e tecnologie in conformità alle richieste o alla nuova proposizione verso la base clienti, nonché per la condivisione dell’esperienza sull’utilizzo dei prodotti;
  • parteciperai a corsi di formazione anche all’estero presso le sedi dei ns. fornitori su quanto da loro prodotto e a fiere di settore;
  • interagirai e condividerai informazioni con tutto il team tecnico dell’azienda, incluso il Post Sales (Support & Service), oltre al supporto alle attività di vendita e marketing, e ti relazionerai e collaborai con le principali funzioni aziendali (Marketing, Orders processing, Sales Team, Admin, Purchasing, Logistics) per le attività di competenza.
