The posting

Start your legal career with Milele, a diversified group in vehicle supply and trading, vehicle rental and sales, across and beyond the UAE. We’re looking for a bilingual law graduate or final-year student to join our in-house Legal Department and learn directly from our Chief Legal Officer.

About the role

You’ll work on real contracts and real cases across several business lines, with guidance at every step. It’s a hands-on way to build a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law in the UAE, and to see how a legal team supports a growing group.

What you’ll learn and do

  • Help draft, review and redline MOUs, NDAs, NCNDAs and commercial, supplier and service agreements.
  • Support the team on sale and purchase agreements, vehicle rental and lease agreements and other transaction documents.
  • Help maintain our contract templates and precedent bank.
  • Assist with case files before UAE courts and other tribunals, including pleadings, evidence bundles and filings.
  • Track case status, deadlines and hearing dates, and prepare summaries and status reports for the Chief Legal Officer.
  • Support regulatory compliance, licensing and AML documentation.
  • Keep legal files, contract registers and compliance deadlines organised across Group entities.
  • Draft formal letters in English and Arabic.

Who we’re looking for

  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant.
  • A law degree (LLB) or equivalent, or a final-year law student. Recent graduates are very welcome.
  • Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written. You’ll draft and review in both languages.
  • Strong writing and research skills, and close attention to detail.
  • Well organized, able to manage several tasks and deadlines, and keen to learn.
  • Internships, moot court, or any legal coursework or project experience is a plus.
  • Interest in UAE law and regulators such as RERA, DLD, Jafza, DET and MOHRE is an advantage.

Salary Scale: Monthly AED 3000 - 4000 (for Legal Assistant). Stipend Monthly: AED 2000 - 2500 (for Legal Intern), based on interview evaluation.
