About the Role

We're a fast-moving, internationally operating business headquartered in the UAE and are looking for a commercially sharp, French-speaking demand planning professional to take ownership of forecasting, procurement and supplier negotiations at a senior level.

What you'll do:

  1. Demand Planning & ForecastingDevelop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs Collaborate with Sales and Finance to align forecasts with business targets and budgets Continuously monitor forecast accuracy and drive proactive improvements
  2. Commercial Supplier NegotiationsLead end-to-end negotiations with international and local suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms Represent the company's commercial interests independently and with full accountability for outcomes Communicate fluently in French (written and spoken) with French-speaking suppliers and partners — this is mandatory
  3. Procurement & Inventory ManagementOversee full procurement cycles including PFIs, POs, DNs, and all associated documentation Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and replenishment cycles to maintain optimal inventory health Identify slow-moving stock and recommend corrective pricing or procurement actions
  4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationLead and support a team of demand planning coordinators and executives Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations Prepare KPI reports and dashboards and deliver data-driven recommendations to management

We are looking for:

  • 5–8 years in demand planning, of automotive, any other MNC or similar large scale industry.
  • Fluent Arabic, English and French — both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in commercial supplier negotiations with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong ERP proficiency (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills, Power BI skills.
  • Experience in automotive, trading, or distribution — strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working across international time zones with high availability.
