A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to drive the people we support to activities, appointments and other community-based opportunities. The individuals who live at Holly Lodge said: ‘Many of us enjoy a variety of activities, so if you like going bowling, ice-skating or on day trips out, then this would be fantastic, as we really enjoy these things. If we choose to do something a little less physical, we also like going to the cinema to watch a movie or out for a pub lunch. Maybe, you will be happy to take us away on holiday? We would truly love this. Ideally, we need a team who can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, sleep ins and some bank holidays, when required, as we need your support around the clock. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
