🤝 Le magasin affilié de Rouen cherche sa future équipe de vente (Responsable - Vendeur-euse - Alternance).

Véritable ambassadeur de la marque Millet, vous pilotez votre magasin comme un véritable centre de profit indépendant où résultats commerciaux, rentabilité et KPIS font partie de votre quotidien.

🎒Vos missions au quotidien :

  • Dynamiser les ventes en garantissant un service client et une image de la boutique irréprochable
  • Animer et former ton équipe
  • Optimiser les résultats (Chiffre d’affaires, frais) et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance
  • Assurer la gestion de la boutique
  • Suivre le compte de résultat du magasin
  • Accueillir, conseiller, accompagner, encaisser et fidéliser nos clients dans un environnement premium
  • Proposer une sélection de produits pertinents et complémentaires
  • Veiller à l’animation de la boutique (merchandising, entretien, mise en valeur des collections)
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour accompagner les résultats du magasin

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes issu(e) de formation commerciale, et bénéficiez d’une expérience dans une fonction de Responsable, d’adjoint de magasin ou de vendeur-euse dans le secteur des biens de consommation « premium », idéalement dans le secteur du sport.
  • Vous faites preuve de dynamique et d’initiatives tout en maîtrisant les techniques de vente
  • Vous êtes d’un naturel curieux
  • Vous faites preuve d’exemplarité
  • Vous avez une appétence pour l’animation d’équipe et vous avez un sens aiguisé du service clients
  • Vous êtes sensible à notre univers outdoor/montagne, au respect de l’environnement et aux produits techniques
  • You speak a bit of English or, even better, you’re fluent !
