Per il nostro Flagship Store nel centro di Cortina d'Ampezzo, siamo ora alla ricerca di un/a Sales Assistant Part-ime per inserimento diretto in azienda.

Come assistente alle vendite in negozio vogliamo che tu rispecchi i nostri valori offrendo un servizio al cliente senza pari costruendo un rapporto duraturo con nostri clienti grazie a una conoscenza approfondita non solo dei nostri prodotti e delle loro tecnologie, ma anche delle nostre radici e della nostra storia nonché delle conquiste degli atleti che supportiamo quotidianamente. La tua esperienza in Millet® comprende una formazione specifica sulla conoscenza dei prodotti e delle tecniche di vendita e un affiancamento quotidiano.

🎒 PREPARA IL TUO ZAINO PER:

  • Promuovere e vendere i prodotti identificando le esigenze dei clienti.
  • Incarnare e trasmettere con passione il DNA dell'azienda attraverso una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti e delle loro tecnologie.
  • Consigliare i clienti sull'intera collezione Millet
  • Fornire un servizio cliente eccellente e costruire relazioni a lungo termine con i clienti
  • Mantenere gli standard del negozio secondo le linee guida condivise

👩🧑 IL CANDIDATO PERFETTO: Il candidato ideale è/possiede:

  • amante della montagna e dell'outdoor con un forte legame con l'alpinismo, il trekking e la vita all'aria aperta
  • forte giocatore di squadra
  • auto-motivato con un atteggiamento positivo
  • buona attenzione al cliente con forti capacità di presentazione, interpersonali e di comunicazione
  • esperienza anche minima nella vendita al dettaglio di articoli sportivi/lifestyle
  • Completano il profilo una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e la familiarità con i principali applicativi MS Office, Word, Excel e Power Point.
  • La conoscenza del francese e/o del tedesco è considerata un plus.

POSIZIONE:

La posizione prevede un contratto Part-time 32h/settimana livello contrattuale da definire in funzione dell'esperienza. Sarà richiesta la disponibilità a lavorare durante alcune domeniche e in alcuni giorni festivi. Sede di lavoro: Cortina d'Ampezzo.
