Etsimme Kangasalan toimipaikallemme vakituiseen työsuhteeseen osaajaa nimikkeellä

Ryhmäpäällikkö

vastaamaan integrointiasennusten päivittäisestä johtamisesta. Tehtävässä yhdistyvät henkilöstöjohtaminen, tuotannon sujuvuuden varmistaminen sekä toimintatapojen kehittäminen kiinnostavassa ja yhteiskunnallisesti merkittävässä toimintaympäristössä.

Toimit asentajien ja materiaalitoimihenkilöiden lähiesihenkilönä ja vastaat ryhmäsi päivittäisen toiminnan johtamisesta. Varmistat, että työt etenevät turvallisesti, laadukkaasti ja suunnitelmien mukaisesti.

Keskeisiä vastuitasi ovat:

  • tuotannon päivittäinen ohjaus ja resursointi
  • työn organisointi ja sujuvuuden varmistaminen
  • henkilöstön tukeminen, motivointi ja osaamisen kehittäminen
  • tuotannossa esiin tulevien haasteiden ratkaiseminen yhdessä tiimin kanssa
  • työturvallisuuden, laadun ja tehokkuuden jatkuva kehittäminen
  • yhteistyö projektitiimin, muiden toimintojen ja asiakkaiden kanssa.

Tehtävässä raportoit tuotantopäällikölle.

Olisitko etsimämme osaaja?

Sinulla on tehtävään soveltuva tekninen korkeakoulututkinto (esim. sähkö- tai konetekniikka) sekä kokemusta tuotanto- tai valmistusympäristöstä. Olet hankkinut jo jonkin verran esihenkilökokemusta ja nautit ihmisten johtamisesta arjen tasolla.

  • ratkaisukeskeistä ja käytännönläheistä työotetta
  • hyviä vuorovaikutus- ja yhteistyötaitoja
  • sujuvaa englannin kielen taitoa

LEAN-osaaminen, kokemus projektiliiketoiminnasta ja puolustusteollisuuden tuntemus katsotaan eduksi.
