DODOR ist der Experte für gesunden und erholsamen Schlaf in der Schweiz. Mit ehrlicher Beratung sowie passenden Betten, Matratzen, Tellerrosten und Kissen helfen wir Menschen, erholsam und gesund zu schlafen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben 📞

In dieser Rolle schaffst du den ersten wichtigen Kontakt zu potenziellen Kundinnen und Kunden und legst die Grundlage für starke Beratungstermine im Aussendienst.

  • Du vereinbarst Termine mit Neukunden am Telefon (Kaltakquise)
  • Du klärst Termine im Voraus sauber ab
  • Du bereitest die Kundschaft verständlich auf den Termin vor
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertriebsteam zusammen
  • Du dokumentierst Abläufe und Vorgänge sauber im System
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanliegen und Anfragen freundlich und professionell

  • Du telefonierst gerne und gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu
  • Du kannst dich auch an anspruchsvollen Tagen selbst motivieren
  • Du bleibst freundlich, klar und verbindlich im Gespräch
  • Du bringst Lernbereitschaft, Disziplin und Eigenverantwortung mit
  • Du kannst mit Ablehnung umgehen, ohne dich aus dem Konzept bringen zu lassen
  • Du sprichst akzentfreies Schweizerdeutsch, das ist zwingend notwendig
  • Erfahrung in Vertrieb, Telefonverkauf oder Outbound ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Interesse am Thema Schlaf ist ein Plus
