Das sind deine Aufgaben 📞

  • Du rufst kalte Leads aktiv an und verwandelst sie in verbindliche Beratungstermine
  • Du qualifizierst Gesprächspartner und erkennst Potenzial frühzeitig
  • Du bereitest die Kundschaft optimal auf den Termin mit dem Aussendienst vor
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Verkaufsteam zusammen und sorgst für saubere Übergänge
  • Du dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten zuverlässig im CRM
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanliegen und Anfragen freundlich und professionell
