Deine Aufgaben

Wir sind die attraktivste Gemeinschaft für die Elite des IT-Consultings, und für unsere Nachwuchstalente bist du der erste Kontakt zu uns. Mit deiner Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke gewinnst du BewerberInnen für unser Trainee-Programm im IT-Consulting und zeigst ihnen im Gespräch, was mindsquare ausmacht. Deine abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Du führst eigenständig Erstgespräche per Video mit BewerberInnen und begeisterst sie für den Einstieg bei mindsquare
  • In den Gesprächen findest du heraus, was die KandidatInnen antreibt und ob sie zu uns passen, und triffst so eine fundierte Entscheidung
  • Auf unseren regelmäßigen Bewerbertagen vor Ort bist du AnsprechpartnerIn für die KandidatInnen und führst persönliche Vorstellungsgespräche
  • Ergänzend unterstützt du bei der Direktansprache potenzieller BewerberInnen über verschiedene Sourcing-Kanäle

Dein Profil

Ob abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung - uns ist wichtig, dass du für die Personalarbeit brennst. Außerdem:

  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Personalbereich mit, zum Beispiel aus einer Werkstudententätigkeit oder einem Praktikum, idealerweise im Recruiting oder Active Sourcing
  • Andere zu begeistern macht dir Freude, und aus Gesprächen mit KandidatInnen ziehst du Energie
  • Auch bei vielen Gesprächen am Tag behältst du den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig
