Dein Umfeld

Du kommst in ein Umfeld, in dem Finance gerade zur festen Größe wird: Wir begleiten große S/4HANA-Transformationen im Mittelstand in unterschiedlichen Branchen. Den FI-Part haben wir bisher über Freiberufler abgedeckt. Das wollen wir nicht mehr. Wir bauen die Expertise intern auf, und du bist die Person, die das trägt.

Das heißt: viel Gestaltungsspielraum, aber auch echte Verantwortung. Für die angrenzenden Themen im Projekt sitzen KollegInnen aus unseren anderen Bereichen mit am Tisch, für Finance bist du die Instanz. Und weil das nur mit Luft funktioniert, planen wir Projektlast und Faktura-Stunden bewusst: keine zwanzig Projekte parallel, keine 60-Stunden-Wochen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest den Finance-Strang in großen S/4HANA-Projekten – von der Prozessaufnahme mit der Buchhaltung bis zum Go-live. Ein typisches Szenario: Ein Klinikverbund führt Hauptbuch, Anlagenbuchhaltung und Abschlussprozesse aus mehreren gewachsenen ECC-Systemen in einem S/4HANA-System zusammen, und du entscheidest, wie die Prozesse künftig laufen. Außerdem:

  • Fachliche Verantwortung für FI im Projekt: Hauptbuch, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung und Abschlussprozesse – CO-Themen wie Kostenstellen- oder Ergebnisrechnung nimmst du mit, wenn du sie mitbringst
  • Nimm die Finanzprozesse gemeinsam mit Buchhaltung und Controlling unserer Kunden auf und gestalte sie neu – inklusive ehrlichem Widerspruch, wenn der gewünschte Weg nicht der beste ist
  • Begleite den kompletten Projektzyklus: Analyse, Konzeption, Customizing, Migration aus dem Bestandssystem, Test, Rollout und Go-live-Support
  • Entwickle Junior Consultants fachlich weiter und mach aus deinem Wissen etwas, das bleibt: Standards, Vorgehensmodelle, interne Wissensbasis
  • Bring dich in Angebote und Kundengespräche ein und gestalte mit, wie sich der Bereich in den nächsten Jahren entwickelt – bis hin zu einem eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

Dein Profil

Verantwortung ist für dich kein Risiko, sondern der Grund, warum der Job Spaß macht. Außerdem:

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in SAP FI, davon mehrere S/4HANA-Projekte, in denen du dein Thema fachlich verantwortet hast
  • Tiefe im FI-Customizing und ein sicheres Verständnis der buchhalterischen Prozesse dahinter: Du sprichst mit der Bilanzbuchhaltung genauso souverän wie mit der IT
  • CO-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss – unser Schwerpunkt liegt bei rund 80 % FI
  • Lust darauf, Junior Consultants auszubilden und fachliche Verantwortung über das einzelne Projekt hinaus zu übernehmen #LI-Remote
