Du kommst in einen Salesforce-Bereich, der gerade richtig Fahrt aufnimmt: 400 % Umsatzwachstum in diesem Jahr, knapp 40 Menschen zwischen festem Team, Talentnetzwerk und externen Spezialist:innen. Deine Aufgaben

Du denkst Lösungen ganzheitlich und bringst fachliche und technische Perspektiven zusammen. Als Salesforce Solution Architect (m/w/d) übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Architektur und den nachhaltigen Erfolg deiner Projekte. Darüber hinaus:

  • Aus Anforderungen entstehen durch dich durchdachte End-to-End-Lösungsarchitekturen im Salesforce-Umfeld
  • Du berätst deine Kunden strategisch und verstehst dabei das Business und die Geschäftsprozesse des Kunden
  • Workshops und Trainings werden von dir so konzipiert und moderiert, um einen Mehrwert beim Kunden zu schaffen
  • Fachliche Führung im Projekt gehört ebenso dazu wie die Weiterentwicklung von Junior Consultants und der aktive Wissenstransfer

Dein Profil

Du bringst Erfahrung in der Salesforce-Beratung mit und willst den nächsten Schritt gehen, hin zu mehr Verantwortung in der Lösungsarchitektur. Dabei verbindest du fachliches Verständnis mit einem klaren Blick für das große Ganze. Außerdem:

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Projekterfahrung als Salesforce Consultant und bereits vorhandene Projektverantwortung in der Solution Architect Rolle
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ oder einer Industry Cloud
  • Requirements Engineering und Testmanagement gehören für dich zum Tagesgeschäft, und du setzt Kundenanforderungen souverän um
  • Du verstehst die Geschäftsprozesse deiner Kunden und bleibst über einzelne Projekte hinaus ihr strategischer Ansprechpartner #LI-Remote
