Du kommst in ein Umfeld, in dem Finance gerade zur festen Größe wird: Wir begleiten große S/4HANA-Transformationen im Mittelstand in unterschiedlichen Branchen. Bisher haben wir den FI-Part über Freiberufler abgedeckt, jetzt bauen wir die Expertise intern auf und du kannst das aktiv mitgestalten.

Was das für dich heißt: Du bekommst früher echte Verantwortung als in einer großen Beratung, ohne ins kalte Wasser geworfen zu werden. Und weil gute Beratung Zeit braucht, planen wir Projektlast und Faktura-Stunden bewusst: keine zwanzig Projekte parallel, keine 60-Stunden-Wochen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest in S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekten im Finance-Umfeld und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Themen – vom ersten Prozessworkshop mit der Buchhaltung bis zum Go-live. Außerdem:

  • Analysiere und optimiere Finanzprozesse gemeinsam mit der Buchhaltung unserer Kunden: Hauptbuch, Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagenbuchhaltung und Abschluss
  • Konzipiere passende Lösungen im SAP S/4HANA FI-Umfeld und setze sie im Customizing um, inklusive Migration aus dem bestehenden ECC-System
  • Übernimm Verantwortung für abgegrenzte Themen, die mit deiner Erfahrung wachsen – bis hin zur fachlichen Verantwortung für dein Thema im Projekt
  • Sei die Übersetzerin oder der Übersetzer zwischen Fachbereich und System: Du erklärst SAP so, dass die Buchhaltung es versteht, und bringst fachliche Anforderungen sauber ins System
  • Gib dein Wissen an Junior Consultants weiter und baue mit uns unsere interne Wissensbasis auf

Dein Profil

Du willst Finance-Prozesse wirklich verstehen und nicht nur Tickets abarbeiten. Zahlen schrecken dich nicht ab, und der direkte Draht zum Kunden ist für dich der spannendere Teil des Jobs.

  • mindestens 2 Jahre Beratungserfahrung im SAP FI-Umfeld, idealerweise aus S/4HANA Migrationsprojekten
  • Erfahrung im FI-Customizing und ein gutes Verständnis der buchhalterischen Prozesse dahinter
  • CO-Kenntnisse sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung – unser Schwerpunkt liegt bei rund 80 % FI
  • Du erklärst SAP-Themen so, dass die Buchhaltung sie versteht, und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen zurück in SAP-Lösungen #LI-Remote
