DevOps Engineer Sr (AWS – CloudFormation)

Sobre el rol

Estamos buscando un/a DevOps Engineer Senior con fuerte experiencia en AWS para diseñar, implementar y operar infraestructura cloud escalable y pipelines de datos.

El rol tiene un fuerte foco en automatización, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) y CI/CD, trabajando principalmente con servicios nativos de AWS y CloudFormation.

La persona colaborará de forma cercana con equipos de ingeniería y clientes, participando en la construcción de sistemas confiables, incluyendo soluciones de contact center sobre AWS Connect, con foco en disponibilidad, escalabilidad y eficiencia operativa.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, implementar y gestionar infraestructura en AWS utilizando CloudFormation (IaC).
  • Construir y mantener pipelines de CI/CD (principalmente con GitHub Actions).
  • Desplegar y operar pipelines de datos (ingestión y consumo).
  • Administrar entornos containerizados utilizando Docker y herramientas de orquestación (ECS, Kubernetes).
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para mejorar procesos de despliegue y confiabilidad del sistema.
  • Soportar y optimizar soluciones de contact center basadas en AWS Connect.
  • Monitorear, detectar y resolver problemas de infraestructura, optimizando performance y costos.
  • Documentar procesos, infraestructura y buenas prácticas.
  • Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y definición técnica.
  • Interactuar con clientes, explicando decisiones técnicas y trade-offs.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia sólida trabajando con AWS (servicios core y patrones de arquitectura).
  • Experiencia con Infrastructure as Code utilizando CloudFormation.
  • Experiencia con CI/CD pipelines (preferentemente GitHub Actions).
  • Experiencia trabajando con contenedores (Docker) y orquestación (ECS, Kubernetes u otros).
  • Experiencia construyendo u operando pipelines de datos.
  • Experiencia con control de versiones (Git).
  • Capacidad para comunicar decisiones técnicas en entornos con clientes.

Nice to Have

  • Certificaciones AWS (Associate o Professional).
  • Experiencia con AWS Connect o plataformas de contact center.
  • Experiencia en industria de contact center.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización (Ansible u otras).
  • Experiencia con bases de datos (SQL / NoSQL).
  • Scripting (Bash, Python u otros).
  • Inglés (deseable, no excluyente).
