Sobre el puesto

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un ML Engineer con conocimiento en modelos generativos y construcción de agentes, para desarrollar soluciones basadas en LLMs con impacto directo en producto.

El rol está orientado a perfiles que trabajen en la intersección entre desarrollo, datos e inteligencia artificial, siendo responsables de diseñar e implementar aplicaciones que utilicen modelos como GPT, Claude u open-source, integrándolos en flujos reales de negocio.

Requisitos

  • + 3 años de experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones basadas en modelos generativos (LLMs) como GPT, Claude u otros, llevándolas a entornos productivos.
  • Experiencia integrando servicios de inteligencia artificial mediante APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI u otros).
  • Experiencia construyendo agentes o flujos conversacionales, incluyendo manejo de prompts, contexto y memoria.
  • Conocimientos de embeddings y/o arquitecturas de recuperación de información (RAG).
  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos SQL y/o NoSQL.
  • Experiencia utilizando servicios cloud Azure para despliegue y operación de soluciones.
  • Experiencia iterando sobre modelos en base a métricas y feedback de usuarios, optimizando calidad y costos.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones basadas en LLMs (GPT, Claude u otros).
  • Construir agentes y flujos conversacionales, gestionando contexto, prompts y memoria.
  • Integrar servicios de IA a través de APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI).
  • Trabajar con datos estructurados y no estructurados para enriquecer las capacidades del sistema.
  • Iterar sobre modelos y prompts en base a feedback de usuarios y métricas.
  • Optimizar performance, calidad de respuestas y costo de inferencia.
  • Asegurar buenas prácticas de seguridad, privacidad y uso responsable de IA.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto y negocio para definir casos de uso y soluciones.
