Sobre el puesto

Buscamos un/a Operations Analyst para sumarse al equipo de Operations & Finance de Mindtech. La posición tendrá un rol clave en la ejecución, orden y mejora continua de procesos vinculados a contratos, facturación, reporting, automatización operativa y calidad de datos, trabajando de forma transversal con equipos de Sales, Operations, Billing y Finance.

Su objetivo será asegurar que los procesos operativos críticos de Mindtech funcionen con orden, trazabilidad y eficiencia, mejorando la gestión contractual, la facturación, la calidad de la información en sistemas internos y la disponibilidad de indicadores para la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos

  • 2+ años de experiencia en operaciones, administración, revenue operations, sales operations, finance operations o roles similares.
  • Experiencia trabajando con contratos, seguimiento documental y control de vencimientos.
  • Manejo de HubSpot para reportes, dashboards y calidad de datos (deseable).
  • Manejo de Monday.com para seguimiento operativo y automatizaciones (deseable).
  • Experiencia participando en procesos de facturación y control administrativo.
  • Perfil analítico, ordenado y muy detallista.
  • Buena comunicación para interactuar con equipos de Sales, Finance y Operations.
  • Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

  • Confeccionar contratos a partir de modelos existentes.
  • Gestionar el envío, seguimiento de firma, almacenamiento, vencimientos y alertas de contratos.
  • Mantener y crear automatizaciones en Monday.com para mejorar flujos operativos y reducir tareas manuales.
  • Diseñar, documentar y optimizar procesos de Sales, Operations y Billing.
  • Velar por la integridad de los datos entre sistemas internos, contratos y tableros operativos.
  • Construir y mantener reportes dinámicos, dashboards e indicadores en HubSpot, Monday y otras herramientas de gestión.
  • Realizar limpieza y control de datos comerciales para mejorar forecast, reporting y toma de decisiones.
  • Participar en el proceso de facturación, tanto a cobrar como a pagar, asegurando trazabilidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Acompañar mejoras del proceso global de billing entre HubSpot, Monday.
