Sobre el puesto

Estamos buscando un/a Java Developer Senior para participar en el diseño, desarrollo y evolución de aplicaciones empresariales escalables y de alta disponibilidad.

El rol tendrá un fuerte foco en arquitectura backend, microservicios y sistemas distribuidos, trabajando sobre entornos cloud y plataformas modernas orientadas a performance, resiliencia y mantenibilidad.

La persona colaborará con equipos de producto, QA, DevOps y arquitectura, participando activamente en decisiones técnicas y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.

Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con Java.
  • Experiencia sólida trabajando con: Java 11/17+ y Spring Boot, Security y Data
  • Experiencia desarrollando APIs REST y arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
  • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas distribuidos y arquitecturas event-driven.
  • Conocimiento sólido de JPA / Hibernate.
  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
  • Conocimiento de concurrencia y multithreading.
  • Experiencia trabajando con contenedores y orquestación: Docker / Kubernetes
  • Experiencia con pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Experiencia trabajando con plataformas cloud: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend y APIs escalables utilizando tecnologías Java y Spring Boot.
  • Participar en definiciones de arquitectura y diseño técnico de aplicaciones empresariales.
  • Construir y optimizar arquitecturas basadas en microservicios y sistemas distribuidos.
  • Desarrollar aplicaciones seguras, resilientes y de alta disponibilidad.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto, QA, DevOps y negocio.
  • Realizar code reviews y promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
  • Analizar y resolver problemas complejos en producción.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua relacionadas con performance, seguridad y escalabilidad.
  • Trabajar sobre entornos cloud-native y aplicaciones containerizadas.
