Misión: Monitorear el cumplimiento de compromisos de la empresa con las comunidades, autoridades y stakeholders relacionados a desarrollo local, ejecutando los programas de relaciones comunitarias bajo su responsabilidad y brindando seguimiento a los compromisos con la comunidad, estrategias / planes de acción para el manejo y/o solución de conflictos sociales. Asimismo, implementar y atender las actividades requeridas respecto a la gestión de obras por impuestos, coordinando las acciones necesarias con las áreas involucradas a fin de asegurar el mantenimiento de buenas relaciones con las comunidades, autoridades y otros involucrados.

FUNCIONES:

- Elaborar informes y reportes referentes a los programas de relaciones comunitarias bajo su responsabilidad, incluyendo el soporte en la elaboración de documentos de gestión (plan estratégico anual / plan desarrollo concertado / ordenamiento territorial / presupuesto participativo por resultados) en coordinación con las instituciones requeridas.

- Participar de mesa de dialogo con comunidades y otras reuniones requeridas por su superior inmediato, brindando soporte en la identificación de necesidades y planificación de acciones a ejecutar en conjunto con las comunidades.

- Desarrollar los alcances requeridos para la implementación de los programas de relaciones comunitarias bajo su responsabilidad, controlando la calidad de servicios/ adquisiciones.

- Ejecutar los programas de relaciones comunitarias bajo su responsabilidad, brindando seguimiento a los compromisos con las comunidades y atendiendo las actividades requeridas para su cumplimiento, capacitaciones e inducciones necesarias para su desarrollo.

- Proponer estrategias y planes de acción para el manejo y/o solución de conflictos sociales en las AID y AII, manteniendo el control de situaciones de contingencia, incertidumbre y crisis local en las comunidades bajo su responsabilidad.

- Atender las actividades requeridas respecto al programa de relaciones comunitarias y otros aspectos prioritarios del área, coordinando las acciones requeridas con las areas de asuntos legales, medio ambiente y otras areas involucradas.

- Implementar y atender las actividades requeridas respecto a la gestión de obras por impuestos, coordinando las acciones requeridas con las áreas involucradas.

Requisitos

- Carreras de Sociología, Administración, Antropología, Derecho, Ingenieria Agronoma, Ingenieria Civil e Ingenierias afines.

- Experiencia general de 6 años, experiencia en el sector de 3 años y experiencia en el puesto de 3 años.

- Conocimiento de Excel a nivel intermedio e inglés a nivel básico.

- Certificados deseables: Experiencia en el desarrollo de programas de relaciones comunitarias en etapa de operación de unidades mineras.

- Licencia de conducir A1 (deseable).

- Experiencia en ejecución de obras por impuestos (Indispensable)
