Descripción del puesto

Misión: Liderar las acciones de mejoramiento de los KPI’s de producción mediante el uso de técnicas analíticas , herramientas de mejoramiento y simulaciones del proceso, controlando los ratios de consumibles a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción de acuerdo a estándares de producción, seguridad y cuidado del medio ambiente.

FUNCIONES:

- Monitorear las inspecciones continuas de los muestreadores, analizadores y otros componentes.

- Coordinar con planeamiento de operaciones planta las acciones de mantenimiento preventivo de los muestreadores y analizadores.

- Coordinar con el área de electricidad e instrumentación las acciones de calibración de los sistemas de medición (balanzas, densimetros, flujometros, pH metros, etc.)

- Realizar la calibración de los analizadores en línea (PSI y Courier) para los distintos minerales, gestionando con laboratorio químico (SGS) los análisis de muestras de calibración de los analizadores y QA/QC de estos análisis.

- Dar soporte al Ingeniero Metalurgista SR, liderando los auditorias de muestreo en la planta, preparación de muestras, preparación de datos y balances de masa, estandarizando los protocolos de muestreo de los circuitos de conminución y flotación.

- Liderar en campo el cierre de brechas operaciones respecto al plan, trabajando en conjunto con el supervisor de guardia y operador de campo en la implementación y aplicación de un proceso de resolución practica de problemas operacionales.

- Brindar soporte técnico en campo al área de operaciones, evaluando el rendimiento de estrategias ejecutadas en el proceso productivo.

- Dar soporte en campo a las iniciativas de mejora continua, mediante el seguimiento de su implementación y la recopilación de retroalimentación operativa, contribuyendo a la identificación y desarrollo de oportunidades de mejora.

Requisitos

- Carreras de Ingenieria Metalúrgica e Ingenieria Quimica.

- Experiencia general de 5 años, experiencia en el sector de 5 años y experiencia en el puesto de 3 años.

- Ingles a nivel intermedio.

- Conocimiento en JK SIM MET a nivel intermedio, MINITAB a nivel intermedio, MOLYCOP TOOLS a nivel intermedio, Excel a nivel intermedio y PI PROCESS BOOK a nivel intermedio.

- Certificaciones deseables: Diplomado en Procesamiento de Minerales, Curso Avanzado en Control de Procesos, Especialización en Analítica Avanzada, Curso Avanzado en Modelamiento de Procesos en Planta Concentradora, Curso Avanzado en Mine to Mill y Curso de Resolución Practica de Problemas (Lean - Kaisen).

- Licencia de conducir A1.
