Descripción del puesto

Misión: Liderar el cumplimiento de la estrategia operacional y la implementación de los proyectos de mejoramiento, aplicando herramientas de analítica avanzada, modelamiento y simulación, con el soporte del equipo de mejora operacional y en coordinación con su jefatura, superintendencia, el equipo de operaciones y servicios técnicos mina a fin de asegurar la maximización del desempeño productivo y financiero, cumpliendo con los estándares de producción, seguridad y cuidado del medio ambiente.

FUNCIONES:

- Formular, evaluar y ejecutar los proyectos opex y capex en base a investigaciones sustentadas técnica y económicamente (70%) así como brindar soporte frente a escenarios que compliquen el cumplimiento del KPI (30%).

- Brindar el soporte técnico en campo a las diferentes áreas del proceso productivo, definiendo estrategias en el proceso productivo.

- Realizar evaluaciones metalúrgicas de las condiciones operativas en las distintas etapas del proceso productivo, estableciendo hallazgos y acciones de mejora a seguir.

- Liderar en sinergia con todas las áreas de procesos, evaluando las variables operativas de producción, así como optimizarlas evaluando constantemente el rendimiento de la planta.

- Evaluar el performance de los consumibles de manera continua en coordinación con el área de laboratorio metalúrgico.

- Desarrollar los modelos de pronóstico estocástico de la producción esperada y análisis de riesgos de su cumplimiento en coordinación con el área de mejora operacional.

- Liderar las auditorias de muestreo, preparación de muestras, preparación de datos y balances de masa, estandarizando los protocolos estándares de muestreo de los circuitos de conminución y flotación.

Requisitos

- Titulado, colegiado y habilitado. (Indispensable)

- Carreras de Ingeniería Metalúrgica e Ingeniería Química.

- Experiencia general de 8 años, experiencia en el sector de 8 años y experiencia en el puesto de 3 años.

- Conocimiento de inglés a nivel intermedio.

- Licencia de Conducir AI (Indispensable)

- Certificaciones deseables: Procesamiento de minerales, Control de procesos, Analítica avanzada, Modelamiento de procesos en planta concentradora Mine to mill, Transformación digital aplicado a procesos mineros y Resolución practica de problemas (Lean - Kaizen)

CONOCIMIENTO REQUERIDOS:

- Procesamiento de minerales aplicado en metalurgia.

- Mineralogía.

- Investigación y desarrollo aplicado en metalurgia.

- Analizadores en linea aplicado en metalurgia.

- Mejora continua aplicado en metalurgia.

- Normativa y legislación minera en procesos.
