Descripción del puesto

Misión: Liderar la coordinación de las actividades requeridas para mantener la continuidad y confiabilidad operacional de su área de responsabilidad, apoyando al Jefe de guardia en la toma de acciones necesarias a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción de la planta concentradora, el presupuesto de gastos y costo unitario objetivo, controlando los parámetros operacionales / de gestión y velando por la seguridad de los trabajadores, instalaciones, servicios que soportan a la operación y la protección del medio ambiente.

FUNCIONES:

- Liderar el equipo de trabajo asignado a sus áreas de responsabilidad, producción y servicios que soportan directamente a la operación de planta concentradora según sea requerido, velando por la protección de todo el personal e instalaciones de MCP bajo su responsabilidad.

- Participar activamente en la formulación y control del presupuesto (CAPEX y OPEX) y KPIs de producción de las áreas bajo su responsabilidad, aplicando los lineamientos establecidos para la implementación de iniciativas/acciones de reducción de costos.

- Revisar y validar el plan de mantenimiento de equipos de planta concentradora, monitoreando la entrega, detención y puesta en servicio de los equipos y procesos, según los programas planificados y requerimientos del proceso de las áreas bajo su responsabilidad.

- Realizar el análisis de causa raíz (ACR) referido a fallas o perdidas de planta concentradora, participando en las investigaciones requeridas y seguimiento de cierre del plan de acción (QQC) definido.

- Planificar tareas y recursos para ejecutar actividades operativas de sus áreas de responsabilidad de planta concentradora.

- Incorporar las actividades emergentes y amenazas del proceso productivo en el plan diario de mantenimiento.

- Coordinar la reposición de insumos y materiales ante la detección de un nivel bajo en los sistemas de almacenamiento, incluyendo los EPP's de todo su personal.

- Compartir información relevante con cada miembro de su equipo.

- Revisar y aprobar el IPERC continuo de sus áreas de responsabilidad de planta concentradora, incluyendo áreas de servicio de soporte directo a la producción (Laboratorio metalúrgico, Servicios auxiliares y Aguas y relaves) según sea requerido de acuerdo a la necesidad operativa.

- Implementar y cumplir con el housekeeping y 5S.

Requisitos

- Titulado, Colegiado y Habilitado (Indispensable)

- Carreras de Ingenieria Metalurgica, Ingenieria Quimica, Ingenieria de Minas, Ingenieria Geológica e Ingenieria Electrónica.

- Experiencia general de 8 años, experiencia en el sector de 5 años y experiencia en el puesto de 3 años.

- Licencia de Conducir AI (Indispensable)

- Inglés a nivel intermedio.

- Conocimiento de Excel a nivel intermedio, PI System Administración a nivel intermedio, JK SIM MET a nivel básico, MS Project a nivel intermedio.

- Certificaciones deseables: Resolución práctica de problemas (Lean - Kaizen), Procesamiento de minerales, Control de procesos, Implementación de metodología ICAM u otras metodologías, Procesos de laboratorio metalúrgico, Procesos de servicios auxiliares y Procesos de aguas y relaves.
