We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Guest Service Supervisor to oversee daily guest service operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our resort. The role involves supervising guest service delivery, handling guest inquiries and concerns, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, guest-focused approach while supporting team development, smooth departmental coordination, and Avani's service standards.

We are looking for a passionate, professional, and guest-focused Guest Service Supervisor to lead our guest service team and create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will oversee daily guest service operations, anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries and concerns, and ensure that all guest interactions reflect Avani's hospitality standards. You will also conduct daily shift briefings, provide on-the-job training, monitor team performance, and ensure timely follow-up on guest requests and feedback. Working closely with the Front Office team and other departments, you will contribute to seamless guest experiences, maintain service consistency, and introduce innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction while upholding Avani's brand values.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory role within the hotel or resort industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership, team supervision, coaching, and training abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of hotel operations, room categories, resort facilities, and guest service standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and guest-oriented personality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to conduct daily shift briefings, coordinate team activities, and maintain consistent service standards.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and creative mindset with a passion for enhancing guest experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Commitment to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and high standards of personal grooming and guest service.
