Le attività quotidiane nel ruolo di Inside Sales:

- Acquisisci nuovi clienti: Ti lancerai alla scoperta di nuove opportunità, cercando e conquistando nuovi clienti.

- Generi opportunità dal nulla: Trasformerai ogni cold call in un appuntamento che apre le porte al business.

- Vendi soluzioni che fanno la differenza: Aiuterai medici e professionisti sanitari a rivoluzionare il loro lavoro con il nostro prodotto digitale.

- Conquisti la trattativa: Gestirai in autonomia le negoziazioni e incontrerai i potenziali clienti, portando ogni accordo a chiusura contratto.

- Collabori con il team di post-vendita: Lavorerai con i colleghi del Team Customer Success per garantire un’esperienza cliente impeccabile, anche dopo la vendita.

- La vendita è nel tuo DNA: Ami aiutare i clienti a trovare soluzioni che fanno davvero la differenza e sei motivato a proporre un prodotto in cui credi.

- Le sfide non ti spaventano: Sai che i "no" fanno parte del gioco e che ogni "sì" sarà una soddisfazione incredibile, sia personale che economica.

- Hai almeno 6 mesi di esperienza nella vendita: Se hai già lavorato in settori come assicurazioni, finanza, telecomunicazioni, fitness o immobiliare, avrai una marcia in più. In caso contrario, non preoccuparti, ti guideremo noi passo dopo passo.

- Benvenuto nei nostri uffici di MioDottore a Roma Garbatella: Ti accoglieremo con un tour dei nostri spazi, per darti un’anteprima dell’ambiente in cui lavoriamo.

- Presentazione personale: Vogliamo conoscerti meglio! Ogni candidato avrà l’opportunità di raccontare la tua esperienza e la sua motivazione.

- Prove di gruppo: Giochi di ruolo e simulazioni di vendita, porta con te la tua ambizione e la tua determinazione! Cerchiamo persone con energia e spirito di squadra!

- Colloquio individuale con i nostri Manager: Avrai un momento dedicato con i nostri manager per approfondire la tua candidatura e rispondere ad eventuali domande sul ruolo.
