Come Inside Sales avrai un ruolo centrale nello sviluppo del business: ti occuperai di vendere il prodotto MioDottore Phone accompagnando il cliente nella scelta della soluzione più adatta alle sue esigenze.

Cosa si vende: MioDottore Phone

MioDottore Phone è il prodotto digitale che gestisce il centralino delle cliniche e dei centri medici con alti volumi di chiamate. L'obiettivo è rendere più efficiente la segreteria e migliorare l'esperienza del paziente.

🎯 La Tua Missione

Sarà una vendita consulenziale e tecnica, in cui non ti limiterai a presentare un prodotto, ma dovrai comprenderne le funzionalità, analizzare le esigenze del cliente e tradurle nella soluzione più efficace.

Ti occuperai di:

- Gestire l'intero processo di vendita, tramite telefono e videocall, dalla fase di scouting fino alla chiusura del contratto

- Acquisire nuovi clienti sviluppando opportunità commerciali e trasformandole in nuove vendite

- Gestire attività di cross-selling e up-selling sul portafoglio esistente, in collaborazione con il dipartimento Enterprise

- Collaborare quotidianamente con il Customer Success Team, lavorando in sinergia per comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e identificare le migliori opportunità commerciali

- Esperienza in ambito commerciale o in ruoli affini orientati al raggiungimento di obiettivi

- Sei un/una strategic thinker: hai la capacità di identificare opportunità di new business, upsell e cross-sell

- Hai fame di crescita e voglia di imparare: se sei un/una Sales determinato/a, noi ti insegniamo il resto!
