Prestar suporte técnico nas atividades de assistência técnica, testes de produtos, organização da área técnica e desenvolvimento do laboratório de testes. Atuar com foco em eficiência, qualidade e organização, seguindo os padrões estabelecidos.

Escolaridade obrigatória

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Curso técnico em eletrotécnica ou eletrônica ou eletricista instalador.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Pacote office.

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Experiência de 1 ano na atuação de testes de produtos elétricos e/ou de automação industrial;
  • Curso de NR10;
  • Habilidade em elaboração de laudos técnicos.

Atividades principais

  • Realizar laudos técnicos dos produtos encaminhados à assistência técnica;
  • Desenvolver manuais e fichas técnicas dos produtos Stark, conforme orientação quando solicitado;
  • Gravar treinamentos técnicos para capacitação dos colaboradores, por meio de vídeos ou palestras internas;
  • Executar testes por amostragem nos produtos em estoque, conforme critérios estabelecidos;
  • Zelar pela organização da área de trabalho, seguindo os princípios do padrão 5S;
  • Apoiar no desenvolvimento e na implementação de melhorias no laboratório de testes, contribuindo também para sua criação e estruturação.
