Garantir a máxima performance operacional das usinas fotovoltaicas, carregadores veiculares, soluções de armazenamento. Atuando de forma analítica e estratégica na gestão de dados, otimização de geração e suporte técnico avançado, contribuindo diretamente para a rentabilidade dos ativos e satisfação dos clientes. O papel não é somente operacional, é decisório e analítico. Existe impacto direto em resultado financeiro (geração = receita). Será quase um “dono da performance dos ativos”, isso exige responsabilidade e senso de dono.

Responsabilidades Gerenciar o monitoramento e operação remota de usinas fotovoltaicas, carregadores veiculares, soluções de armazenamento, assegurando alta disponibilidade e performance dos ativos. Analisar indicadores-chave (PR, disponibilidade, geração, perdas) e atuar de forma proativa na identificação de desvios e oportunidades de ganho de eficiência. Elaborar relatórios técnicos e executivos, traduzindo dados operacionais em insights estratégicos para tomada de decisão. Atuar como referência técnica no suporte às equipes de campo, direcionando ações de manutenção preventiva e corretiva com base em dados. Identificar padrões de falhas e implementar planos de melhoria contínua e aumento de confiabilidade dos sistemas. Desenvolver e evoluir modelos analíticos, dashboards e controles operacionais, elevando o nível de inteligência operacional da empresa. Apoiar áreas de engenharia, comercial e consultoria com análises técnicas e estruturação de soluções energéticas. Garantir integração entre áreas (engenharia, planejamento, contratos e O&M), elevando o padrão de execução e governança operacional. Atuar com mentalidade de dono sobre os ativos, buscando constantemente maximização da geração e redução de perdas.

Requisitos Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrotécnica, Energias Renováveis ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em operação e manutenção de usinas fotovoltaicas (O&M). Forte domínio em análise de dados operacionais e indicadores de performance energética. Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento, SCADA ou plataformas similares será diferencial. Perfil altamente analítico, com capacidade de transformar dados em decisões práticas. Comunicação técnica clara e estruturada (tanto para time interno quanto clientes). Proatividade, senso de urgência e mentalidade orientada a resultado. Organização e rigor técnico, com foco em melhoria contínua.
